Keeping my camera up to date – working – is what Sherman and his team do. These guys (and women) rock! They understand the camera, what my needs are, make recommendations for new gear and accessories. Life. Savers. We were photographing a wedding in LA and had a shutter / camera break the day before. After searching for camera repair shops (or even camera rental options because we didn’t believe this kind of service was possible) we found them – Sherman and Sheryl, heaven-sent. We had the actual people on the phone (no ai, no anonymous chatbot) and after a brief troubleshooting sesh we brought the camera in, it was repaired the next day. They also cleaned it and replaced a little rubber piece.
We could not be happier with this experience. If you’ve lost hope and everybody keeps telling you you’ll need to say good bye to your Sony or Canon for at least 4 weeks… just call those two, and they can probably repair your camera.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any company in the camera business. If you need repairs done, this is the spot. Even as a pro member, the camera company’s quotes for repairs were ridiculous. Video One Repair quoted one third of the price, found other issues not even mentioned by other companies, and was gave me realistic and nuanced explanations on whether or not it was worth getting those repairs done. All with incredible customer service. This is the only camera repair company I will use going forward and I’ll tell anyone else I can to do the same.

I mailed my camera all the way from Florida, and Sheryl took excellent care of it! Both inspection and repairs were done quickly, and she even cleaned the sensor! All around A+ business. :)

Sherman and Cheryl were terrific. I was dreading sending my Sony A7iii across the country and not being with my work tool for a month. I found Video One and took my Sony to them to repair a stuck shutter. I had dropped my body lightly, but it was enough to create further damage that Sherman found and advised me on. Long story short, they did all the work and had me back content creating very, very quickly. Service was attentive and my camera looked and felt brand new. I highly recommend their services. I have had both of my Sony A7IIIs repaired with Video One Repair. They have been good about providing an accurate quote, good communication in the process, and quick turnover time. Camera repair in general is just expensive, but they are competitive in their rates with excellent customer service and a good 6-month warranty after repair which is why I trusted them when I needed a second repair done on a different camera. Highly recommend.
