Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- All labels, protective materials, and included components must be present.
- A return authorization must be obtained before the item is shipped back.
Do not return an item without contacting us first.
Electrical and Electronic Parts
Electrical parts, circuit boards, flex cables, displays, sensors, and similar electronic components may not be returned after they have been installed, connected, altered, damaged, or handled improperly.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, static electricity, improper tools, incorrect diagnosis, torn flex cables, damaged connectors, or installation in an incompatible model is not considered a product defect.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before installation. Contact us before ordering when assistance identifying the correct part is needed.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If we shipped the wrong item or the product is confirmed to be defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, return label, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Do not discard the item or its packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly or is confirmed to be defective.
Original shipping charges and expedited shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 3–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Items returned used, installed, incomplete, damaged, or outside the return period may be denied or may receive a reduced refund.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the regular return process. Shipping costs may not be refundable.
