We currently ship orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air

Expedited shipping affects the carrier’s transit time but does not guarantee same-day order processing.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Damage or Missing Packages

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the local delivery office. Contact us if additional assistance is needed.
