Sending your equipment in for repair is easy

Step 1: Complete the Repair Form

• After submission, both you and Video One Repair receive a copy.
• If you prefer not to fill it out online, include your contact information in the package.

Step 2: Inside the box, include one of the following:

• Include either a note stating the form was completed online or a printed copy of the form.

Step 3: Ship Your Equipment

• Ship using the carrier of your choice.
• Do not include accessories unless they are directly related to the problem.

After We Receive Your Package

• Once evaluated, we will contact you with your free repair estimate.
