When playing a tape you may find that you are experiencing playback picture problems or you may just have a blue screen, the time code may also be intermittently dropping out

You may also find that when you do a fast forward or rewind search that you are able to see the picture.

We recommend that you try a new fresh tape.

If you are still having problems try using a head cleaner tape. Play the cleaning tape for no more that 10 seconds.
