All of our work is guaranteed for a period of 6 months
on parts and labor. Your guarantee starts as of the day
you receive your camcorder back. We fully guarantee the
entire camcorder. Unlike other repair shop warrantees,
if the camcorder develops a different problem then it
was sent in for, we will still cover it under are
guarantee. We fully guarantee your complete
satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied just return the camcorder to us and we will
make it right. We are not happy unless you are happy.
Our repair guarantee does not cover any misuse such as
water damage or impact damage.

On site repair shop.
All of our repairs are done on site. We ship nothing out
to other repair centers. We are not the middle man. If
you have any questions, you can call us at any time to
speak to the repair technician who is working on your
camcorder.

your camcorder cannot be repaired reliably or reasonably
we will recommend you replace it and return it to you at

Free estimates and free shipping.
We offer a totally free estimate. After we receive your
Sony or Canon prosumer camcorder, we will evaluate it
and contact you to inform you of the total repair cost
within 2 business days. There is no charge for the
return shipping and handling. We will ship your
camcorder back to you at no charge even if you do not
want to have it repaired. There are no hidden charges.
There is never an increase in the estimate what you
approve is what you pay. You only pay for the repair if
the camcorder is working 100%. We never charge for
uncompleted repairs.

Quick turnaround time.
We know it is important to you to get your camcorder
back in a timely manner. Your camcorder will not sit on
a shelf. We are always right on top of the repair. We
stock a larger inventory of original Sony and Canon
replacement parts. Under most cases we can repair your
camcorder within one week after the estimate is
approved. If you need your camcorder repaired more
quickly just let us know. We will do our best to
accommodate you. We offer rush repairs at no extra
charge. In some cases parts are special order and the
repairs can take longer, however this is not common.
