Order Form". Fill out the
form and then print it out. |

Package the Camcorder and enclose the
"Repair Order Form" inside. For

Ship the package using your choice of
shipping carrier. Don't forget to insure the
camcorder for it's value. There is no need
to call for preauthorization, just ship the
camcorder in. |
