Step-by-Step Instructions for sending us your Sony or Canon camcorder for repair.
Click on the Repair Order Form.
Fill out the form, then print it out. The form contains a filled out shipping label to use for sending your camcorder.
Package the camcorder and enclose the “Repair Order Form” inside.
Do not include any accessories with your camcorder unless they are part of the complaint.

Please be sure to package your Sony or Canon camcorder securely. We recommend putting your camcorder in a plastic bag, wrapping it in bubble wrap. Then place it in a sturdy box with at least 2 inches on all sides between the camcorder and the box. Next add enough packaging material, such as foam popcorn, so that the camcorder is surrounded and cannot easily move around in the box. Enclose your repair order form and tape the box securely. Tape the shipping label to the box as well. Use any method of shipping you prefer and remember to insure your camcorder for its full value.
Please do not send batteries, power adapters, tapes, chargers, bags or any other accessories unless they are part of the problem.
Ship the package using your choice of shipping carrier. Don’t forget to insure the camcorder for it’s value. There is no need to call for preauthorization, just ship the camcorder in for repair.
